Our Refund Guarantee & Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes, you need to return an item to ourselves and we try to make this quick, easy and as pain free as possible.
We offer an 60 day, no quibble, refund or exchange guarantee on all our products. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for whatever reason, all we ask is that you return the products and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price of the goods.
If, in the rare event, that your products don't reach you in pristine condition, we will also refund the return postage if the products are found to have been defective prior to dispatching them.
Terms & Conditions
- All refunds or exchanges will only be tendered and accepted within 30 days of the original order.
- If you do want to make a return, you may do so by first contacting ourselves at returns[at]techniconica[dot]com with the order reference and the reason(s) for the return request. We will reply within 2 working days with our remedy and resolution (including whether or not they need to be returned or whether we would like a picture).
- Once we have received the item (or proof of the damage if we ask you to take pictures), we will process your refund within 2 working days of acknowledgement of your return.
- Refunds can only be made via the same payment method that was originally used to pay for the item(s) in the original order.
- If the goods were faulty when they arrived or in less than pristine condition, we may ask for proof of the damage (a picture of the damage usually suffices in the vast majority of cases), although we may ask for you to return the goods to use at your expense.
- If we do ask for you to return them and the goods themselves are found to have been faulty prior to dispatch, we will also refund the reasonable cost of your postage back to us in addition to the original cost of the goods (proof of postage paid may also be required).
- If you change your mind and do not wish to go ahead with an order, you can cancel at any point up to 14 days from the date receive your order.
- In the case of cancellation prior to dispatching your items, we will refund the full cost of your order.
- In the case of cancellation after to dispatching your items, you will have to return the goods to ourselves at your expense. We will refund the cost of the goods after we receiving them from yourselves.
