These Terms & Conditions cover all purchases on our site.
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall have the following meanings:
- "Seller", "we" or "us" means Techniconica.com and it's owner, Stephen Bailey. Business Address: 8 Chadwell Springs, Bradford, BD16 1QE, UK
- "You" or "buyer" means the organisation or person who buys Goods.
- "Goods" or "Product" means the articles to be supplied to the Buyer by the Seller after an order has been placed.
All goods offered by us are brand new and are unused items unless otherwise specified in the relevant product listing. All goods offered for sale shall be covered under these terms and conditions unless this is communicated in writing prior to us accepting the sale.
Price & Payment
The price of the goods are listed on our website and don't include postage and packing costs in the listed price. The prices are our Recommended Retail Price. We may, from time to time, offer discounts and/or bulk buy offers on our products.
The prices are inclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes but exclude postage and packing (which may be charged seperately for small orders).
We may offer credit terms subject to prior vetting by ourselves prior to applicable orders going ahead. Where credit is offered, all costs will be invoiced to the Seller. Payment shall be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. In cases of late payment, we will charge late fees of 10% of the total of the order for every period of 1 full week that the invoice is overdue.
In cases where credit isn't offered, payment in full, including all necessary fees and taxes must be made for the order prior to it being picked, packed and dispatched to the buyer.
Any description given or applied to the Goods is given by way of identification only and the use of such a description shall not constitute a sale by description.
Although every care has been taken when describing our products, some discrepancies may arise occasionally.
Orders that are in stock and that are not "ear marked" for another customer at the time of purchase will be dispatched within 1 working day of the receipt of payment in full (or when credit is given). Incomplete orders will be dispatched when the last item becomes available. Such late deliveries will be dispatched within 1 working day of the last item becoming available and in stock. If this is the case, this will be clear on our website and in our email communications and we will endeavour to give you an expected delivery date and keep you informed of the status of your order throughout the process.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we have an 30 day refund guarantee - all you have to do is notify us (and return the products to ourselves if necessary) for a full refund.
Full details of our refunds policy can be found here.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any or all loss suffered by the Buyer in relation to our goods or the late delivery of goods. Although we make every endeavour to provide as accurate delivery estimates as possible, they are estimates and as such, may arrive later than expected due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury as a result of the Seller's negligence or that of its employees or agents.
Relationships of Parties
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as establishing or implying any partnership or joint venture between the parties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to construe either of the parties as the agent of the other.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
