This is a premium Techniconica Part Card which will enable you to play the game of Techniconica or expand your existing collection of Part.

Each card is printed on thick card stock and should, with care, last a long time and serve you well in your battles!

Each Card represents a single piece of a Mech and each card does a specific job for your Mech. Power Plants generate power, Cockpits house the pilot, Weapons are used to fight with and Locomotors are used to give your Mechs mobility.

This part is a Armour type card and armour increases both the weight of the Mech as well as increasing the armour protection of the Mechs most vulnerable parts. Unlike shields, armour takes no power to use and so any Mech with spare weight can simply bolt on more armour..

Background

Overview

Maxwell Armour is a relatively new composite armour which provides protection against incoming enemy ordnance and fire-power.

Including outer ablative ceramic for use against energy based weaponry and internal inter-leave ceramic and alloy layers, Maxwell Armour is exceedingly light for it's protective qualities, giving it good weight to armour ratio.

Usage

Used for light-weight Mech builds, Maxwell Armour features a good weight to protection ratio. Most courier Mech builds utilise this armour for all their armour needs for the most critcal of areas.
